Profit of Enseval grew by 7.52% in the third quarter of 2025
Jakarta, October 27, 2025 – PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (“the Company”) recorded positive performance in the third quarter of 2025. Based on the Company and its Subsidiaries’ Consolidated Financial Statements as of September 30, 2025 (unaudited), the Company’s Net Sales reached Rp24.43 trillion, an increase of 5.37% compared to Rp23.19 trillion in the same period of 2024.
In line with the increase in sales, Cost of Goods Sold was recorded at Rp21.98 trillion, rising 5.07% from Rp20.92 trillion in the previous year. Consequently, the Company’s Gross Profit grew 8.13% to Rp2.45 trillion, compared to Rp2.27 trillion in the same period last year.
During the period, Operating Expenses increased by 8.42% to Rp1.67 trillion, consisting of Selling Expenses of Rp1.47 trillion and General & Administrative Expenses of Rp197.53 billion. Despite this, the Company still managed to record an Operating Profit of Rp788.48 billion, up 7.52% compared to Rp733.34 billion in the third quarter of 2024.
Furthermore, Profit Before Income Tax was recorded at Rp778.62 billion, growing 3.08% compared to the same period last year. The components of Other Income (Expenses) consisted of: financial income of Rp8.18 billion, financial expenses of Rp16.72 billion, final tax expense of Rp2.72 billion, share of net profit from associates of Rp5.57 billion, other operating income of Rp28.69 billion, and other operating expenses of Rp32.87 billion.
After accounting for Income Tax Expense of Rp175.20 billion (up 3.07% from Rp169.97 billion), the Company successfully booked a Net Profit for the Period of Rp603.42 billion, an increase of 3.08% compared to Rp585.41 billion in the third quarter of 2024.
From the balance sheet perspective, the Company’s Total Assets rose 6.44% to Rp12.23 trillion compared to Rp11.49 trillion at the end of 2024. Total Liabilities increased 15.90% to Rp4.53 trillion, while Total Equity grew 1.56% to Rp7.70 trillion.
Performance by Division
The Company currently manages seven main divisions: Consumer Goods, Prescription Drugs, Over-the-Counter Drugs, Raw Materials, Medical Equipment, Animal Health Products, and Healthcare & Transportation Services.
The contribution and growth of each division up to the third quarter of 2025 are as follows:
Consumer Goods Division, the largest contributor to total Net Sales, accounted for 37.57%. In the third quarter of 2025, this division recorded Net Sales of Rp9,181.30 billion, an increase of 0.57% compared to the same period in 2024.
Prescription Drugs Division, the second-largest contributor, accounted for 35.00%. Up to the third quarter of 2025, it recorded Net Sales of Rp8,552.47 billion, growing 9.52% compared to the same period in 2024.
Over-the-Counter Drugs Division recorded Net Sales of Rp3,468.36 billion, contributing 14.19% and increasing 10.48% compared to the same period in 2024.
Raw Materials Division posted Net Sales of Rp1,874.63 billion, up 2.40% compared to the same period in 2024, contributing 7.67% to total sales.
Medical Equipment Division contributed 5.11% in the third quarter of 2025, with Net Sales of Rp1,249.31 billion, an increase of 5.23% compared to the same period in 2024.
Animal Health Products Division recorded Net Sales of Rp41.50 billion, growing 4.06% compared to Rp39.88 billion in the same period of 2024, contributing 0.17% to total Company Net Sales.
Healthcare & Transportation Services Division recorded Net Sales of Rp67.17 billion, an increase of 22.34% compared to the same period in 2024, contributing 0.27% to total Net Sales.
