As a manifestation of our commitment to improve good corporate governance practices, Enseval has compiled an ethical guideline which is expected to be a guide for all Enseval Personnel in supporting the implementation of good governance in the Company's business activities.

The main points of the Company’s code of ethics are as follows:

1. Defining the company’s values into business ethical standards that must be adhered to by every individual in the Company;
2. To become the standard of behavior for all employees, Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company in every business activity of the Company;
3. Compliance with the code of conduct will prevent unfair relationships with stakeholders which in turn will harm the Company;
4. Supporting the implementation of good governance practices in order to achieve sound and sustainable financial, social and environmental performance.
