Good Corporate Governance Committee

The GCG Committee is tasked with assisting the Board of Commissioners in formulating, reviewing Good Corporate Governance policies, and assessing the consistency of the implementation of good corporate governance. the GCG committee also assists the company in carrying out corporate social responsibility and good business ethics.

In accordance with Decree No L005/EPM/BOC/VI/2025, dated June 3, 2025, the composition of the Good Corporate Governance Committee is as follows:
