Delivering Excellence with International Standard Distribution Systems to Every Corner of Our Network In Indonesia

The Company and its subsidiaries own 72 branches throughout Indonesia from Banda Aceh to Jayapura, supported with adequate infrastructure to assist the smooth operation of logistics. This facility consists of 3 distribution centers located in Jakarta, Cikarang, and Surabaya. Each branch is equipped with a warehouse, complete fleet, and personnels to support the operational activities and needs of both our principals, as well as customers.
 

Currently, the Company operates three Distribution Centers (DC) located in Jakarta, Cikarang, and Surabaya. These three distribution centers have been certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 OHSAS, and comply with the CDOB (Good Distribution Practice for Drugs) and SMKPO (Food Safety Assurance System for Processed Foods) standards from BPOM RI and CDAKB (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) from KEMENKES RI. In addition, the Halal Assurance Certification from LPPOM MUI has also been obtained. With all these standards, the Company ensures that every work process, service, and product quality is always well maintained.

• DC Jakarta is located in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Area, covering an area of 12,000m2 and with a capacity of 24,000 pallets.

• DC Cikarang is located in Greenland International Industrial Center, Cikarang Pusat Deltamas, with an area of 11,100m2 and a capacity of 14,000 pallets.

• DC Surabaya is located in Waru, Sidoarjo, with an area of 3,700m2 and a capacity of 5,100 pallets.

Each DC is equipped with complete storage facilities, including room temperature rooms, cool rooms, and cold storage, as well as supported by a warehouse management system, temperature monitoring technology, packing facilities, and various international standard infrastructures. Some of the technologies used include: loading dock leveler, super flat floor, selective pallet racking, very narrow aisles, reach truck, counterbalance, pallet mover, and turret.

Specifically at the DC Cikarang, there are solar cell technology, a rainwater harvesting system, and an automatic guided vehicle to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

From these three DCs, the Company reaches all of Indonesia, including major cities to remote areas, through 48 branches, 25 sales offices, and 24 additional branches managed by its subsidiary, PT Tri Sapta Jaya.
