Net Sales of Enseval Grew by 13.79% in the first semester of 2026.
Jakarta, July 31, 2026 – PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (the "Company") recorded Net Sales of IDR 18,271.68 billion in the first half of 2026, based on the Company's and its Subsidiaries' Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2026 (unaudited). This represents a 13.79% increase compared to Net Sales of IDR 16,056.77 billion in the first half of 2025, reflecting the Company's sustained business growth.
In line with higher sales, Cost of Goods Sold increased by 13.77% to IDR 16,431.77 billion. Nevertheless, the Company continued to maintain profitability growth by posting Gross Profit of IDR 1,839.92 billion, representing an increase of 14.05% compared to the first half of 2025.
Operating Expenses amounted to IDR 1,254.27 billion, comprising Selling Expenses of IDR 1,105.77 billion and General and Administrative Expenses of IDR 148.49 billion. Operating Expenses increased by 12.41% year-on-year, in line with the Company's business expansion and operational strengthening. As a result, the Company recorded Operating Profit of IDR 585.65 billion.
Profit Before Income Tax Expense amounted to IDR 564.58 billion. Other Income (Expenses) consisted of Finance Income of IDR 5.40 billion, Finance Costs of IDR 11.14 billion, Final Tax Expense of IDR 1.66 billion, Share of Net Profit of Associates of IDR 5.47 billion, Other Operating Income of IDR 22.06 billion, and Other Operating Expenses of IDR 41.20 billion.
Meanwhile, Income Tax Expense amounted to IDR 126.30 billion, remaining relatively stable compared to IDR 114.04 billion recorded in the first half of 2025.
Accordingly, the Company posted Profit for the Period of IDR 438.28 billion, representing an increase of 11.54% compared to the same period last year. This achievement reflects the Company's ability to sustain business performance amid operational dynamics and evolving market conditions.
Based on the Company's Consolidated Statement of Financial Position as of June 30, 2026 (Unaudited) compared with December 31, 2025 (Audited), Total Assets increased by 8.66%, from IDR 13.13 trillion to IDR 14.27 trillion. Total Liabilities rose by 13.29%, from IDR 5.27 trillion as of December 31, 2025, to IDR 5.97 trillion in the first half of 2026. Consequently, Total Equity increased by 5.56%, from IDR 7.87 trillion to IDR 8.30 trillion during the same period.
Performance of Each Division
The Company currently operates through seven business divisions, namely Consumer Products, Prescription Pharmaceuticals, Over-the-Counter (OTC) Pharmaceuticals, Raw Materials for Sale, Medical Devices, Healthcare Services and Transportation, and Veterinary Pharmaceuticals.
The performance details of each division are as follows:
- Consumer Products Division, the Company's largest contributor to Net Sales, accounted for 37.63% of total Net Sales. During the first half of 2026, the division recorded Net Sales of IDR 6,875.43 billion, an increase of 13.14% compared to the same period in 2025.
- Prescription Pharmaceuticals Division, the second-largest contributor, accounted for 34.69% of total Net Sales. The division generated Net Sales of IDR 6,337.82 billion in the first half of 2026, representing a 14.35% year-on-year increase.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Pharmaceuticals Division recorded Net Sales of IDR 2,603.17 billion, contributing 14.25% of total Net Sales and growing by 9.35% compared to the same period in 2025.
- Raw Materials for Sale Division posted Net Sales of IDR 1,475.24 billion, an increase of 20.11% year-on-year, contributing 8.07% of total Net Sales.
- Medical Devices Division contributed 4.90% of total Net Sales, recording Net Sales of IDR 894.64 billion, up 17.75% compared to the first half of 2025.
- Healthcare Services and Transportation Division recorded Net Sales of IDR 60.65 billion, representing a 48.48% increase year-on-year and contributing 0.33% of total Net Sales.
- Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Division recorded Net Sales of IDR 24.72 billion, a decrease of 11.15% from IDR 27.83 billion in the same period of 2025. The division contributed 0.14% of the Company's total Net Sales.
