On May 28, 2024, at its head office, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (Enseval), received a visit from PT Kenvue Indonesia (Kenvue) which is one of the principals that has been cooperating with Enseval since 2023. Kenvue's presence at Enseval's head office is certainly an honor and in the future will further strengthen the working relationship between the two companies.

During the visit, Enseval and Kenvue management discussed business strategies, product innovations, services and potential future collaborations to create sustainable business growth for both parties and continuously improve customer service.

As part of a series of activities during the visit, Enseval invited Kenvue to review one of the branch warehouse facilities located not far from Enseval's head office. Enseval showed that each warehouse facility, its management is supported by a warehouse management system (WMS) and the use of relevant information technology, can produce an effective work process to manage the products of the principals who entrust the distribution of their products to Enseval. The visit then continued to the Enseval Customer Care work area, as a work unit that has a role and responsibility in handling and responding to requests and complaints from customers responsively to ensure that customer service will continue to be improved.
