Application Support

- Act as a liaison between branch users and the application development team to resolve issues related to the Distribution Management System.
- Provide training to site users on the Distribution Management System.
- Provide system support from the implementation phase through post-implementation to ensure all system functions operate effectively at the site.
- Maintain master data within the system
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Understand REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration.
- Understand the fundamentals of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Able to write basic to intermediate SQL queries.
- Understand JSON, HTTP requests and responses, authentication, and authorization.
