To complement its distribution, trading and marketing service, Enseval establish the logistic service. Its forty branch offices come with logistic infrastructures such as warehouses and transportation fleets. This will ensure the company's capability to fulfill the customer's logistic needs.
To cater the demand from the customers from all over Indonesia, the company established two Regional Distribution Centers (RDC). One located in Jakarta to cover the western Indonesia region while the other in Surabaya which deals with the eastern Indonesia region. Each is equipped with state of the art facilities which are up to the international standard such as Cool Room, Chiller, temperature chamber, Oracle Warehouse Management System, wireless barcode and VNA (very narrow aisle).
To ensure customer's satisfaction, Enseval applied the 3PL (3rd Party Logistic). With this system, the company will cater the customer's specific request regarding the logistic management.
