PT ENSEVAL PUTERA MEGATRADING Tbk. RECORDED SOLID FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE FOR PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER  2009 

• Total  Net Sales reached  Rp. 6.13 Trilion and grew 14.0% year on year
• Net Income grew  12.9%  year on year  and  reached Rp. 214 Billion
• Total Assets of more than   Rp. 3.0 Trillion

PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk &  subsidiaries continue to show solid financial performance for period ended 30 September 2009 with total Net sales of Rp. 6.13 Trillion (unaudited figure) or grew 14.0% year on year. Net sales figure in the same period last year stood at Rp. 5.37 Trillion.

In this challenging times, Enseval shows strong financial performance and recorded Net  Income (unaudited figure) of Rp. 214.3 Billion or grew 12.9%, compared to  Net  Income for period ended 30 September 2008 of Rp.189.7 Billion.

The Company’s Operating Expenses for period ended 30 September 2009 was Rp.453.8 Billion, or grew 6.5% year on year. Total Selling Expenses was Rp.376.0 Billion, and General and Administration Expenses was Rp. 77.8 Billion. The Selling Expenses ratio to Net Sales were declined from 6.7% to 6.1% year on year. While General and Administration Expenses ratio to Net Sales for  were 1.2% in year ended 30 September 2008  and  1.3%  in year ended 30 Sept 2009

The Company’s Total Assets grew 9.7% from Rp.2.75 Trillion at 30 September 2008 to Rp. 3.02 Trillion at 30 September 2009. 
The Company’s Total Liabilities  increased from Rp.1.49 Trillion to Rp. 1.53 and Total Equity is  also increased from Rp. 1.26 Trillion to 1.49 Trillion at 30 September 2009.

Division Performance

The Company has 6 divisions i.e., Consumer Products, Prescription Pharmaceutical,  Non Prescription Pharmaceutical,  Medical Devices,  Veterinary Products and Healthcare services.

The details of each Division performance for period ended 30 Sept 2009 are as follows : 

• Consumer Products Division made the highest contribution of sales  i.e., 36.4%. This division reported a Net Sales of Rp.2,228.0  Billion, and grew  6.5%  year on year.
• Prescription Pharmaceutical Division provided the second highest contribution onto Total Net Sales with 29.0% contribution. The Net Sales from this division were Rp. 1,778.1 Billion,  and year on year growth was 18.5%.
• Non Prescription Pharmaceutical Division contributed 20.5% to Net Sales amounting to Rp.1,255.6  Billion. Sales from this division grew 11.3% year on year.
• Raw Material Division recorded Net Sales of Rp. 481.9 Billion with sales growth of 14.8%  year on year.
• Medical Device Division  recorded a  significant sales growth of 61.0%  year on year with Net Sales figure of Rp. 358.8 Billion
• Veterinary Products Division grew 118.8% year on year with Net Sales figure of  Rp. 21.7 in  third quarter 2009.
• Health Care Service is the Company’s newest division since 2008. This division recorded  Net Sales of Rp. 1.1 Billion.
