Schedule of Cash Dividend Distribution (fiscal year 2015) EPMT
In connection with the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on May 25, 2016 held at EPM Function Room Building A, Second Floor, Jalan Rawa Gelam IV No. 6, Industrial Area Pulo Gadung, you are hereby notified that the Company will distribute dividends cash to the shareholders of the Company amounted to 2,475% of the Net Income for the Fiscal Year 2015 in the amount Rp13.543.200.000 as cash dividend to be distributed to holders of 2.70864 billion shares, so that each share will receive a cash dividend of Rp5.
In this regard, the Company announced the schedule and Procedures of Cash Dividend for Fiscal Year 2015 as follows:
June 1, 2016 – Cum Dividend in Regular & Negotiated Market
June 2, 2016 – Ex Dividend in Regular & Negotiated Market
June 6, 2016 – Cum Dividend in Cash Market.
June 7, 2016 – Ex Dividend in Cash Market.
June 6, 2016 – Recording (Recording Date).
June 24, 2016 – Payment of Dividend.
June 17, 2016 – Submission of SKD (DGT1) or DGT2 First Phase.
June 24, 2016 – Submission of SKD (DGT1) or DGT2 Stage Two.
Cash Dividend Payment Procedures.
a. This announcement is an official notification from the Company and the Company does not issue a special notice to shareholders.
b. Payment of Cash Dividend given to Shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Shareholders ( “DPS”) on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 16.00 Western Indonesian Time ( “GMT”) or hereinafter Recording Date are entitled to the dividend. For Shareholders whose shares are registered in the collective custodian PT Indonesian Central Securities Depository ( “KSEI”), the payment of dividends in accordance with the schedule above will be transferring KSEI, then KSEI will distribute to the accounts of the Securities Company or Custodian Bank where the Shareholder open an account.
c. Shareholders who still scrip / shares are not included in the collective custody of KSEI and requires a payment is made by wire transfer to his bank account, it can notify the name and address of the bank and the account number at the latest on Monday, June 6, 2016, in writing to the Bureau Securities administration ( “BAE”) of the Company: PT Jasa Adimitra corpora, Rukan Kirana, Jl. Kirana Avenue III Block F3 No. 5 Kelapa Gading – North Jakarta 14250, Phone: 021 2974-5222 (hunting), Fax: 021 2928-9961.
d. Cash dividends will be taxed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable tax. The amount of tax charged dependents Shareholder concerned and deducted from the amount of cash dividends paid.
e. Shareholders Taxpayers in the Form of Legal Entities that have not submitted a Taxpayer Identification Number ( “TIN”) are required to submit a TIN to KSEI or BAE not later than on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 16:00 pm. Without the inclusion of TIN, Dividends Cash paid to taxpayers are subject to article 23 by 30%.
f. Shareholders Foreign Taxpayers whose tax deduction would use tariffs based on Tax Avoidance Agreements (P3B) must submit a Certificate of Residence (Certificate of Domicile or “SKD”) on Form DGT 1 and Form DGT 2 which comply with the Regulations the Director General of Tax No. PER-61 / PJ / 2009 which was last amended by PER-24 / PJ / 2010 and PER-62 / PJ / 2009 which was last amended by PER-25 / PJ / 2010. In accordance with the regulation, DGT Form 1 and Form 2 DGT must be original documents or copies that have been legalized by the Tax Office in Indonesia. The deadline for receipt of Form 1 and Form DGT The DGT 2 by KSEI or BAE is dated no later than June 6, 2016, at 16.00 pm. When the SKD is not received within the time limit specified, the dividend paid will be subject to withholding income tax Article 26 by 20%.
