Jakarta, September 8, 2016. PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk awarded Indonesia Human Capital Study (IHCS), for their commitment and success in the management of Human Resources. This time Enseval won six awards at the same time, as the Best CEO Commitment of Human Capital Development, Best of Engagement IHCS, Top 3 Best of all HC Criterias, Best of Human Initiatives, HC Effectiveness Index and Best Employee Net Promoter Score.

IHCS a study conducted by Dunamis Human Capital and Business News Magazine Indonesia on approaches, processes, and results from the application of Human Capital Management System in Indonesian companies. The study resulted in the Human Capital Index, which may become a benchmark in the field of Human Capital management. Appreciation is given to companies deemed to have been implementing Human Capital management system effectively.

Appreciation is given through a series of rigorous selection process for several months. Stages in the selection include filling out the questionnaire / data collection; presentation by the director of human capital / division head; interview by a team of panelists consisting of consultants, experts, practitioners, and academics Human Capital. Thus, the recipient company’s appreciation really have appreciated a credible and prestigious.

In addition to the awards, the top event in 2016 IHCS also filled with Human Capital Sharing, in the form of presentations made head of the company study participants who were considered superior. Ms. Yuniaty Rachmat as HRGA Director of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk also believed to be one of the speakers in the sharing.

In addition, Mr. Hartono Tjahyadi Djonny as president director of PT Putera Megatrading Enseval Tbk also believed to be one of the speakers in the session sharing IHCS 2016.
